As a boat rental business, cancellations can be very costly. Once a reservation has been booked, that boat is held out as unavailable and taken, and we turn business away for that date and time. The ability for us to reschedule a boat is limited. We DO NOT offer refunds on cancellations. We will gladly help you to reschedule or offer a non-expiring Gift Card for a future date.
A perfect day on the water may be too hot or cloudy for some, and too cold and rainy for others. Unfortunately, we don’t control the weather, and things can change quickly. Our Captain will monitor weather for your safety, and for the safety of the boat. If the weather is deemed unsafe due to heavy rain, lightening, high winds, or other unsafe conditions, Annapolis Electric Boat Rentals, LLC reserves the right to cancel. Communication is key, we will call to discuss options as soon as a weather event presents itself.
We are thankful for our renters that come from outside the DMV area and include a rental boat in their plans. We understand that things come up and are open to discuss options if you are here visiting temporarily from outside the area.
